    The Falcons won't receive a first round pick because of the Julio Jones trade. This gives them time to think about what they need and who can feel it. I would like to see them get help for John Abraham on the pass rush and also a TE to replace Tony Gonzalez who is getting close to retirement. I believe Weatherspoon will take charge in Lofton's absence from the team. I also believe they should draft Nick Perry DE from the Trojans.     So the quarterback for the Colts is leaving. The Colts will most likely pick up Andrew Luck. Payton Manning will have to choose a place where he feels best.     After weeks of assuming the Jacksonville Jaguars were going to trade down from the seventh pick in the first round of the 2012 NFL Draft, general manager Gene Smith did the opposite and traded up two spots and used the fifth pick to select Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon. The Jaguars gave up their fourth round pick (101st overall) to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to move up and get their man.     As we wrote about yesterday, the Jacksonville Jaguars re-signed cornerback Rashean Mathis to a one-year deal worth up to $5 million. We now have the details of that contract thanks to Tania Ganguli of the Florida Times-Union. According to Ganguli, Mathis received a $1 million signing bonus, and his base salary for 2012 will be $950,000. The rest of the contract depends on Mathis reaching incentives based on the percentage of plays he participates in.
